    Default ironhead shock help

I've got a stock 1975 harley sportster xlh 1000. I wanna lower the rear end with either 11" or 11/5" shocks preferably shocks with covers. The bike has 5/8th" shock studs im having a hard time finding shocks that have 5/8" eyelets. Any information on brands or companys or any other model harley shocks that are compatible what be greatly appreciated.

J&P cycles sells a shock stud conversion kit that allows you to use 1/2 shocks. that is what i used on my bike.

I put oem big twin covered shocks on my ironhead... you can just pop out the bushings from your og shocks and put em in the new shocks.... as long as theyre eye to eye you can make em work
