Go with a Dave Bird very well made, lighter and you have more options than the ones from Rask. you can get them through Tyler at Lowbrow Customs.

it looks real nice. it is straight, just too long.
be perfect for someone who was building a "stretched" type bike.

If you go look at the introduction section I posted there yesterday all the bikes I have done.............. there is a 63/64 bonnie I mocked up with a 2 inch stretched tail.............. that bike was 4 foot 3 inches from center of front axle to center of rear axle...............

made for a very very short bobber................ check it out I think that is what your looking for ........no doubt you wont go wrong with birds stuff I have looked at it in person at lowbrows tent at mid ohio solid good stuff ........

Britcycle sells tails too those guys seem to have decent stuff also..... I used rask for some of my stuff on my first build ..... It is alright stuff ...might be me but it did seem to be alittle lesser quality stuff though ...I bought petcocks stuff like that and they were soft would snap off in the middle of the threads crap like that........nothing like what Tyler carries or britcycle..... Laters

yep,i like it.
exactly what i need. a stubby frame

gonna be building a late 60's/70's style chopper...less a few details.
i have picked up a bird section from Tyler awhile ago for a friend...very nice piece.
i think that may be my best bet.

i'll make the Rask one a gun rack or something.

Bolt on for 64-70
1" dom tubing the axle plates are as close as could make them look without casting them . the top rails and bottom rails match the preunit rigids angle .
