    Norton engine stand

Made from 5x10x5/8" piece of steel I found along the road. Attached 2 pieces of 1 1/4" angle on top, roughly 3 3/16" apart, holes are 3 5/32" center to center, but build to your nearest motor, and make the holes high enough to leave clearance on the bottom. Clamp to workbench. Inspired by Mick Hemmings' engine rebuild DVD that the Norton owner's club, INOA, sells.
