    I ended up only going 33 in the neck and 3 in the HHI trees. I folded the gusset material down until it was touching the neck again and welded.

    bad ass bike man. i love all the fab work. really dig the frame jig too, think i'll do mine similar to that. i actually just bought my first cruiser-type bike about a month ago after moving to SD and turns out i'm less than 5 miles from twisted choppers. guess i'll have to check their shop out for some inspiration.

    Ignition box, beefy billet heat shields. Next pics will be after paint and powder. Fabrication is done.
