        I use Duplicolor engine paints for my bike. Prep is essential to a good paint job. And gas wont fuck it up, I just buff the gas stain right off....

          max2k stuff is great. i spilled some gas on my tank last weekand it didnt even dull the finish like the duplicolor clear stuff.
          the depth and shine isnt even comparable either. i have about 6 or 7 coats of duplicolor clear on my lil fairing and just 2 or 3 coats of the max2k on the tank. tank looks 100 times better.

            My buddy used the Duplicolor Clear Rattle on this on, looks good and shiney, but it hasn't quite set up to be gas proof.

                  Rattle can is the way to go for me. you can redo paint whenever you want easy, and its fun and cheap.
