Got some more done last night and brought the bike back home with me to my garage. I will have an update tomorrow. Hoping to have the bike running and rideable in 3-4 weeks.

The bike is getting closer and closer to being on the road. I have a tiny bit of fab work to finish up then it's all wiring and tuning. Here is what I got done a couple days ago:

Made the exhaust from stock headers and fishtail mufflers. Just had to make a little bend for the upswept angle

Heading back tomorrow night to make footpeg mounts and figure out the rear brake assembly.

Went to work on my bike the other night. Here is what I got done:

Put some sweet valve caps on

Then on the way home flipped my truck and fucked up both mine and my friends bikes...

Shit sucks but we are both alive, and that's all that matters. He is going to be getting a nice little check to repair his but it looks like I am shit out of luck. The damage to the bikes was not nearly as bad as the truck. I think that I can salvage a lot of it. So next step is making sure the frame and forks aren't tweaked and then replacing the little things. Hopefully the build can get back on track soon.

What happened to cause the truck to roll?

We pulled an all nighter working on the bikes and I fell asleep at the wheel on the way home and rolled the truck. Won't be making that mistake ever again. But I appreciate the responses. I'm not going to let this slow me down. I hope to get right back into the build. Still want to have this bike on the road before winter.
