springer identify

Need help identifying this fork so i can get a new top tree as it was welded up in the past. gotta get new bearings and whatever else i need to get. please let me know if more info is needed,first time at a full bike build Appreciate the help.

What is the diameter of the top of the rear leg? What is that center-to-center distance? It has Jammer features with flat inside the rear leg to make them a 'D' shape and bottom tree and upper spring perch are similar.

Jammer has a top tree with 4.75" centre to center for rear legs, 1" diameter at top of rear leg, and top tree has a 1.25" diameter hole in the middle. The thin section where the neckpost mounts is 5/16" thick, and over the legs it is 1.25" thick.
