    I rode it yesterday!

No rear brake, didn't get out of first, and didn't go very far, but it moved under its own power for the first time since 1981!

Not only that, but Dad was there to see it and record it. Dunno who was more excited him or me, but we were both giggling like little girls.

Clutch was slipping heavily, which is the scratching you hear when I'm taking off, and I just figured out that the throttle on the carb hits the intake, so it wouldn't open any further (easy fix), but it moves!

    Progress continues.

Took it for a spin around my neighborhood.

Diaphragm clutch slipped on take off, which made me think it was too loose. But then it stalled when I came to a stop. Either way I'm putting springs back into it soon.

Also, realized my shift pattern is backwards, 1up, 3down, so I took off in second gear. Dunno whether I'll switch it or not. If I do, is it as simple as rotating the cover on the ratchet top?

Carb was spitting early on. Maybe it wasn't completely warm? Maybe something else?

No fuse in accessory power for now.

      Felt great.
