Running Spool Hub Triumph Front End???

I want to run a 21" spool hub on my current Build. Normally you would center the hub then lathe up some spacers to center it between the forks. The catch here is the inside of the forks are round.....not flat. I'm trying to get ideas or see what others have done. Any advice or ideas are greatly appreciated!

what's keeping you from tossing some spacers in a mill and cutting the ends of the spacers the OD of the fork tubes?

Mainly the mill part of the equation is holding me up
