    Default Hello everybody

Welcome to Open Road Design. This is a one man show located in a basement apartment in Toronto Ontario. Between my fridge and the bathroom, sits my small desk and engraving equipment. The finishing happens in my living room between my TV and coffee table. And of course the main office is in my bedroom.

90% of everything is drawn by hand. But for some lettering, I can lay a stencil down and give you any font you want. I'm a big fan of the worn in, beaten up look when it comes to motorcycles and their parts. I prefer bare aluminium and brass to chrome. For me, motorcycles should be ridden more then they are cleaned. They are meant for the road, not the parking lot of your local coffee shop. So if you're looking for clean cut lettering done by an automated machine or perfect scroll work, go elsewhere.

I treat every part like a canvas. Like a piece of art. I take my time, I do not mass produce and I don't rush. I put a lot of thought, time and care into every piece to make sure you get exactly what you want and it's the best I can make it. Hand drawn, hand engraved by me a Canadian but all my motorcycle parts that I use as blanks are 100% made in the USA. That's what good neighbors are for.

You can expect to receive nothing but a personal touch at Open Road Design. I engrave, shine, pack and ship everything myself so customers are family and get treated as such. Now remember, the key word is customer, so BUY SOMETHING and help keep custom motorcycle culture going. RIDE ON!!!
