My chick's new bike!!!

Hey monkey turds!!! Check out my girlfriend's new bike. It is a 1994 Honda shadow vlx 600. Here is the story: My co-worker bought the bike a while ago off some old idiot who barely rode the thing (a little over 5k Mi. as of now)...HE BOUGHT THE BIKE FOR $300!!!!! After paying some late fees to DMV, the bike's total cost was now doubled...still a bargian.
Fast forward to 2006, My co-worker and I decided it was time to ungay it, I.E. Hardtail-strutted it, made a new seat pan and covered it, Drag bars with 6" risers, smaller signals, Indian scout rear fender, yanked the front fender, modified the side covers, and did some El cheap-o exhaust via muffler shop.
Fast forward yet again to 2010, I hit up my buddy about the bike that we never officially fineshed four years ago, and asked how much he'd give it to me for....lets just say that I got it for WAY under blue book, and that he made about two hundred bucks!!! lol. Anyway, here it sits as of now, all I did since we first messed with it is clean it, added the bag, and give it a quick spray bomb with 96 cents worth of gloss black. PLANS: sporty tank, rewire a little, new seat pan, new back fender mounts, new bar setup....maybe some other cosmetic bullshit...anyways, enjoy, I'll update as needed!!!

Oh yeah, I'm well aware of the fucked chain and weather rot tires....and that something cut the tire....all the things I'll address before riding season, I definately don't want my baby wrecking on this thing, so I'll go over it extensively...

keen to see how it comes up with a few more mods. That radiator is a bit of a spanner in the works but a new tank should make this killer looking.

often thought about what jap V twins could look like with a good chop.
