Burly Dudes: "Cafe styling will want a much taller rear-end and likely lower fork to achieve a proper level chassis. Tentative plan is a set of the new 15" Stiletto shocks in the back and a 2" drop in the forks."
Nice, this is gonna be great. I want to go ahead and claim responsibility for this idea though, just like I did in the Scrambler thread. I have the PM's to prove it. Not that I actually implemented it or anything, but I still consider it my intellectual property.
Tell you what, send me a set of Stiletto's and we'll call it square. Will PM my mailing address. Thx in advance.

Nice try Nose... We may need to buy out your rights with some swag.

You realize of course that you missed out on a great opportunity here, right? You could have played along, taken my address and then mailed me a pair of cheap women's shoes! Would have been a riot!
Ok, no further distractions from me...I almost promise. Please carry on with awesomeness, be it linear or otherwise.

Your memory of past posts is alarmingly stalker like.
More pics to come today.

I've got a set of Chainsickles that won't be getting used if you guys want them. You'll have to provide a couple bolts, but they're in pretty good condition.
Mayyyybeeeeeeee wanna trade for a set of Stilettos? Maybe? No? Guys?

We don't have cool illustrations like the big time builders (love you RSD!), but we scribbled this a few months back and will use it as a loose guide. Stock tank is a little beat, but we love the shape, so it'll stay. Tail will be legit Cafe and both stock fenders will be discarded.
Strippage is now full throttle. Lots of parts heading to powder.
Bike came with a SuperTrap pipe and we're liking the header part of it. Mated on a Dime City muffler to see what that looked like. Not bad for a low buck solution.
More pics soon.

I do hope you still rock that DP pipe on this bike though, it's definitely cafe as it gets.

Actually Hutchings, your pipe looks better, but where is your rear m/c?

JACK!
Way to go, Hutchings, geez! Now this thread just became another exciting edition of, "Hey, where did you get that ______ (insert name of part here)?"
Sit down and have some of this popcorn. You scared Dave away.

Well, I would ask for an update, but I'm afraid that I'd be accused of being a stalker again. That Burly Dave seems to be a little fixated on stalkers, doesn't he?
Maybe poor guy had some bad experiences in the past with a crazy ex-girlfriend or something.

Then again, maybe I'm a stalker too, IDK...

While we were waiting on parts and other crap, we did a wheel color test. It's OK, but we're not in love. Waffle grips look so good, but hurt like hell to ride, so they're out, too.
Spanky fresh set of our new clubmans in place, though.

Another shot of a clean little light install.
Scored some loot from Mr. Boyle. Have to love a hand crafted part.
