    cb750 70's chopper!

I got this cb from a buddy of mine, it needs some love and care but I'm totally stoked on what the final product will look like. Almost built my xs650 into a long bike, glad I didn't. Harman front end, 21" with a minidrum, drag specialties king n' queen, octogon oil bag, came with a low tunnel sporty tank but will have a prism tank when all is said and done... Now if I can just keep focused on the xs I'm in the middle of.

That thing will require two hits of acid before painting it! Cool

thanks for all the good feedback, this thing has overtaken my brain. The paint will definitely be out there, i'll have to be in that right mind if ya follow. It is a minidrum up front that is needing a few things to be tip top. Good news is that the rockers are movin on the front end and i've got marvel oil soaking on top of the pistons.

Been a while so here's an update. The engine is officially un-seized, and has been soda blasted to get the crusty crinkle paint gone. Bill over at Executive Choppers was kind enough to not only help me out with getting the proper lower tree/stem, but also emailed me some pics of a cb they have in their shop that confirmed the frame was built by Harman as well. So here I am fuckin stoked to be building my own Harman chopper. Also I had the frame blasted and the cracks were welded up by my pal Kelly @ http://haifleybros.blogspot.com , I found a cute little 17" front with a minidrum at Goodguys last week, and my buddy Brains sold me a prism tank he picked up off of craigslist this morning. And last but not least, it looks like I am selling a pile of hot rod parts this week that will provide the dough for my carb kits, electronic ignition, rear tire etc...

And now my computer is being a shit, so I 'll have to post this, restart, and post some pics.

Trapper, hopefully you can post up some pix of the stripped down frame if you have some. Interested to see that.

                          Gonna be a great bike.

It's funny you should ask, I took a few while trying to figure out the builder.
