Hahaha thank you guys; yeah i should probably stop everything else and get this bitch done...
Well not mich progress for today, i nearly finished stripping the frame...
And in the background you can see a new small project; perhaps i'll start a build tread in the european corner...

was it your idea for the taillight?....i did the same thing on a kz 440 i did four or five years ago.... anyways,righteous lil bikes these kaws make... great job. keep up the good work..

Well i've seen several taillights made this way. And the Second i saw this clamp i knew it has to be a taillight. Could you post a pic of your Version; i'm really interested in it .

I rattlecaned the motor with 2component clearcoat and then blacked out the cylinder.





And polished the rest of the engine parts.

and added allen or star bolts for the cases... nice.

Today i finished the fins on the frame. I welded half of a pipe in to get that nice line...



And instead of that big ass Metal plate another piece of pipe crosses the frame.



And i welded in a cross bar for the leather stripes which holds the fake oil tank.

Respect, this is not my style of bike or anything i would plan to build but I'm a firm believer in building what you have. This is just as cool if not cooler then any cool guy pan/shovel/knuckle build out there. your doing things right and putting your blood sweat and tears into in is what its all about!

I made a new sidestand holder Cause the original was way to fat and it was too far behind on the frame. Cut it off and cut about 70% off of it; than cleaned it and welded it back to the frame farer to the front of the frame. Now its way cleaner i think.


And i preped the frame for paint.



Lastly i got rid of the passender peg mounts...

Well today i fillered the frame.
Came out nice, but it was kinda hard to concentrate on painting while these nice girls were looking at me ��

Got the frame painted and clearcoated.





Then i found these Things in a dirtbike and thought lets try them out. 2 hours cleaning and they are good to go now...





Oh and i cleaned out the tripple trees and Incase of i didn't had the Time a friend polished the upper one for me...






Last thing i did was drilling a hole through the screw euch holds the electroline54, so i can run some of my wires through it... Cheers

Great bike my man. Was wondering what seat you have on there? I have a solo bobber seat on mine but have been trying to make up my mind on what to get to upgrade it and I really dig the look of that one.

Yeah thankx, well i build it in my own. If you take a look on the earlier pages you"ll see how i did it.

I added a bit of copperpaste to the stainless screws, so they won't eat up the alumina Head.



Layed the engine on the ground and threw over the frame today. Looks so hot, can't wait to see that thing together...

Made some fancy plugwire dresses today. Went to the local climbing store and bought some rope, pulled the inner core out and stuffed the plugwire in.
