Cabin fever, brake lines and ceramic coated pipes.

What do you do when they are calling for more than two feet of snow? You get out tools and bang on bikes. So I never liked the extra slack I had in my front brake line.

The stop on the master cylinder created a weird angle as well so that had to go. A few weeks ago I ordered up a shorter line (Goodridge ebony stainless). As the snow fell I removed a portion of the stop, got out the super fine file and installed the new line.

    Done!

I also treated myself to some ceramic coating.

    Before.

    After.

Looks good, I really like how clean your bike looks while still having a lot of character.
