1995 Sporty making a weird sound...

Hey guys.

My bike started making a weird ticking from the front cylinder.

Dont really get it, but here is a link to some audio, its sorta hard to seperate, but its the Higher pitched ping sorta noise.

Idk jack about harleys but possibly the hydraulic valve adjustment or maybe the exhaust leaks once warm.

sounds like a lifter to me slap'n the valve and rocker. I would check your pushrods for clearance and collapse then check your rollers on your cam.
That is if your good on oil?

Man I have the same problem with my 2000 sport. Had a click before I went big bore with thunderstorm heads and flat top pistons from another bike I had. Just changed all 4 lifters, pushrods, and rockers tonight with know good ones. Still have a serious tick when my bike gets hot. I don't wanna run the bike anymore. Don't wanna fuck these heads/valves up. Any suggestions?
