Dual flange wheel on a drum Ironhead?

So, I've got a couple dual flange 16" wheels lying around, here's one:



A guy that's looking for a wheel was wondering if it'd fit his Ironhead, but I'm not super up to speed on the drum setups. Here's his back wheel:





Any idea if it would work for him?

It's certainly not a bolt on direct interchange.
