For this project it was 1 1/2" OD with a .125" wall thickness to match the factory tubing

what size are the tires? i have the same wheels and need some tires. was looking at some avons.

Did you make the caps on the gas tank mounts and is that the narrow sporty tank from Lowbrow?

For the question above about the tires they look like Firestone Deluxe Champions, I have them on my bike, 19x3.25 and 16x5.00 if I remember correctly.

Yes we made the tank mounts and use them on all of our gas tanks and oil tank.
The gas tank came from ebay ...I'm not sure if it's the same profile as the one lowbrow sells, this one came with a flat bottom, the side mount petcock and a really narrow look.This build has the firestone 16x5.000 rear and 19x4.000 front.The front end has stock sporty tubes and legs that we cut down 3.500 " we used our sportster trees and late model harley fork gators to finish it up .
