No bids, so this auction is too high. I start stuff like that @ a low price and then let the market make the price. He probably has 50 bucks if that into it!

It's only worth what someone will pay.

That being said, there's a sucker born every minute, and I would think that someone will simply just buy it.

People think their shit is made out of gold.
I've seen people asking outrageous prices for rusted out pieces of shit on craigslist that you couldn't sell for scrap metal.

i had an old superglide tank with a mural on it, think i got 175 for it on ebay ,then the guy paid 100 bucks to ship it to finland and the guy was stoked when he got it...i was psyched i got that much, personally i thought it was ugly as fuck

think this guys a bit out of touch with reality and thinks he hit gold but you never know stupid people are born everyday...

i was at a swap meet a few years ago and this guy had an old beat up tank, but it was really cool...til i asked how much $, carzy fucker wanted a $1000 saying it was some "famous" artist i never heard of

Its cool, but not $1500 cool. Its not $150 cool. If I bought it I'd probably set it in a shelf somewhere. I wouldn't go higher than $50 for it. There might be someone out there that just HAS to have it...that someone isn't me. As of now it still has 0 bids but there are still more than 6 days left and bidding don't usually pick up til the end. Curious to see if it will sell...I'll have to keep an eye on it.

The seller is getting excited though, because he is getting a lot of viewers.
What he doesn't know is, we are laughing at him.

Honestly, I bet it'll sell.
I've seen plenty of 90's sporty tanks and "Anniversary" tanks asking $150.

Rediculous.
But SOME PEOPLE will pay stupid money for AEE, GME, D&D, Jammer, ANDERSON, Ness, Sanders etc.....just for the name.

Period correct? Don't get more period correct than "Survivor paint".

It's a sweet tank. I'd run it......but not for that much.
He probably has the Buy it Now set high to scare blanksters with "OMG, I can't let that get away and risk auction prices!"

Realistically though..........if you saw that thing for sale for 200, wouldja pop on it?

I'd definitely think about it for a second.

It bums me out when people say stuff like this. Build 'em how you like 'em. Ride 'em like you hate 'em. Have fun. There's no problems in that world.
