To get it off----
1.I bent back the locking tab(s)
2. Backed the bike up on a wall (back tire on wall)
3. Put my wrench on the bolt ( with special socket for the bolt)
4. Steady slow pressure on the wrench until it was free.
Getting it back on. I just put it back on and "felt" the torque. Not a good habit but I've had very, very bad luck with torque wrenches on this bike.
What problem are you having getting the bolt back on?
Is it not lining up with a lock tab?
What torque are you setting it to? Iirc (at work now) I think the manual say 35-44lbs on the bolt?
