So? I work 7 days, a MINIMUM of 60 hours a week which can top out over 100 with my second job. My primary job's "healthcare" costs too much, and only covers the first $4000 a year, and then the rest is all yours to pay. Not a percentage - ALL of it. ONE trip to the ER here is around $7000. That means $3,000 out of pocket for a basic er visit that entails very little testing or x-rays. Now you have maxed your policy out, and your regular doctor's visits are out of pocket ($300 - 400 per visit). We don't get paid time off, vacation, or sick leave.
My other job provides ZERO benefits.
I am expected, and I expect the folks that I supervise to give 100% and if they "don't give a shit" I expect them to fuck off to another job. They (and I) took the job knowing what it entails. I know the job gets down on you from time to time, but when you affect other people (like delivering their expensive packages) you need to fuck off and quit rather than fuck everyone else. No excuse.
