Tach/ Dash wiring

So I have a dash, speedo/tach, and ignition witch from I guess an early evo or late shovel.

On the back of the Speedo/Tach, there are three studs and one lead. The blue lead is for the speedo light. Terminals: (1) Ground (2) TRG (3) IGN

Am I correct in assuming the (2) is connected to the Pink trigger wire to the coil and the (3) is to a 12v source, hot when IGN is activated?
