Default PIC THREAD: Club / Thug / Outlaw / Frisco bikes

this is a pic thread for performance styled bikes. be it outlaw/club/thug/frisco/drag/race bikes.

no drama. no bullshit. no SOA references cuz they are a bunch of dickbiters of real 1%ers.

    my contribution for the night

Take a good bike add a bunch of performance bolt on cheese whiz kustom Krome and add about $3000 worth of douche baggery and a douche nozzle to go with it and you have a winner!

so basically, you add a half screen, get a 2 into 1, and used some raised t-bars, and that's a "thug" bike. gotcha.

what's this, the third sub forum this has been under? I don't see the appeal unless you're not into chopping shit up. I understand why they are that way, just never had them leap out at me as something I wanted to really look at for a long time or recreate. Whatever does it for you man, we all dig different stuff.

I love those drag-rods! I really want to ride this thing in the city, with a normal paint job, just to screw around with the power this thing has
but the thing is, I really don't geht it.... what's it with those high t-bars??? yeah ok, I've seen "sons of anarchy" too, but that is no reason to mount them on my bike. same with the visors.
so my question is: is it really more comfortable to ride with high ts and the visor?
seriously, I wanna know it. first hand.

maybe this is an american thing.... I don't know

it is insanely comfortable. mid mounted controls with a 12-14 inch tbar is the most comfortable riding position i have ever had. i will never do apes on any bike except a bar hopper. and the windscreen is just function.

the labeling confuses me... why can't we just ride motorcycles? I mean, I get it. but I think just like anything else it is definately an aquired taste. some will like it, and most will not, as with everything else in life. If you dig it then right on!

I'd ride a few of those. The are more function over form minus a few. More work in to the mechanical end than the visual end. I see what is going on and I like it. By the way, those front fairings were around before S.O.A. ever aired, S.O.A. just made them popular.

Wanna talk about labeling? How about Bratstyle....it's not a style. It a shop in Japan. Don't call your bike brat style. Choppers....technically you're copying off the last guy. Look at your bikes. Everybody is a poser in some form or fashion. Or calling your bike a 'bobber' because your fender is short.

It's funny so many people are sitting here knocking the high bars, ride height, and 2 into 1 pipes etc., Yet bitch a fit when someone comments on your 15" stretched XS being too long.

    Ride one!

My tall t bars...comfortable as hell. Leverage for days. T's are solid. Not twisting. I can throw the bike around like it's nothing. High bars mean more lean for easy smooth wheelies.

2 into 1....my bike performs better. That thunderheader brought it alive.

Fairing...balances out the proportions. Looks great. Performs wind wise but have a nice dry place to stuff my shirt. I was into ness fairings in the 90s as a kid. They were on race bikes and I liked it.

My bike corners like a motherfucker and I love it. Suspension is done. Race tech stuff in the forks. Taller springs in the back = clearance and high speed peg to peg

Built my FXR to ride and ride hard. Don't give two fucks about what some tv show watching idiot associates it with or some close minded chopper god "doesn't get". It is by far the most fun, comfortable, best performing Harley I've ever owned and I built it that way. It functions like a motorcycle should.

I'll ride my awesome motorcycle, you ride yours. Everybody wins.

Glad to see no Shovelheads were defiled or molested in the making of this post.
