top end spiuttering?

i have a 71 ironhead that at high rpms kinda sputters. i tried new plugs and plug wires and messing with the timing. it has good compression but i cant figure it out. if anyone has any ideas it would really help

running a super b carb with drag pipes. both spark plugs black. was running on one cylinder till i replaced spark plug wires

Are you running points or electronic ignition ? Check your battery, make sure it's charged. And valve adjustment is critical.

Are these pipes new to the bike? Might not have enough back compression

if its doing it under load,,,,, it might just be the condenser?? if its doing it at cruse then check the carb,, also are you running two fuel filters?? aka one in the tank an one inline,, that will cause problems also don't know much about the super B though ,
