Knucklehead...and wizards

From time to time I need stuff. And when I do, I go see Smiley. This is a couple of shots of his knucklehead, built and painted in the '70s. It's a two kicker. Fucking wizards!!!

Pretty cool for a time capsule but just because it was done back then doesn't mean it was bad ass even back then. That work looks like something Napolean Dynamite would do.

It's not a time capsule. It gets ridden. Often.

I didn't say it didn't get ridden. It's better that it does and gets preserved as a time capsule. I'm just saying that just because it's old doesn't mean it's good work. I just don't see how some bad art could've been looked at as something bad ass back in the day. Drugs were better back then I figure.

Are you even old enough to know who Uriah Heep is? If so, have you seen the album cover that inspired the paint job?

Drugs weren't better back then, just more prevalent.

It does have a different seat on it now. He still has the thin chopper seat from way back. I'd ride the shit out of it. And trip out on some early '70s modern rock. About wizards and shit.

The bike looks fantastic! I have never heard of Uriah Heep before (blame it on being born in the 90s), turns out I know quite a few of there songs from heavy metal bands doing cover songs. Time to get the discography.

Get the vinyl, a turntable, some big ass headphones, and a bunch of doobies and you will have the ingredients to build yourself a fucking time machine. That's the first step in becoming a wizard.
