Chet, your going from a wide glide to a narrow glide. If your 16 has a wide glide hub, it won't fit between the legs. You'd need a whole new wheel since you don't wanna run the 16.

Will a standard narrow glide hub even fit between modified 39mm trees? I mean there's barely a spacer on one side to begin with. I'm honestly asking. I don't know.

I don't know from experience but I'm pretty sure it will.

There's dudes that are running bored out 39mm trees on JJ and I think they're running NG hubs.

I was gonna give it a shot but I ended getting some 41mm narrow trees. The same ones syndicate choppers has actually.

Mercury, I know I'm gonna have to switch up wheels/tires. Probably going to go with a 19 inch. I think I can run a NG wheel with 1 disc brake. We will see. My only concern with that is how the difference in wheel height will effect my forks and what I will have to do about it.

im running the slimfab setup. its really narrow. i have about 5/8" on each side of my tire. i got a 21" spool setup from v-twin. my fork legs are 2 over and i have plenty of clearance.
