i almost got my hands on a shovel today for 3500 but the asshole set up a time to meet then like 2 seconds before i was leaving called and said he sold it...

i try to make it to atleast one of the keene swaps a year. there is usually a decent amount of bikes there my dad bought a mint shovel out of there a couple years ago. but there was probably 5 other ones we looked at there. very kool swap meet

Purerock - There is ALWAYS a bunch of bikes there for sale. Last year I saw an all original, running, but rough looking, Servicar for $7500.

top it off it was up in Merrimack NH about an hr or so from me. i was getting a late start otherwise i would have been halfway there by the time he called. seriously, i would have gone to his house anyways just to strangle him...

thx! i saw that too but i only got like 4G to play with right now, i may just have to wait a couple weeks til i save a little more. if it comes down to it i'd rather wait and buy something decent for 5 than a shit box for 4...
the one i was going to get was an 83 lower rider, there's an fxe for 35 up there to but emailed the guy my # twice with no response, i seen a bunch around the 5 range but really looking for a sweet deal, someone that needs the $...
i sold my xs last week and my ironhead isn't done so i'm looking for a runner that doesn't need a shit load

just got back from the swap. it was a great day biggest i have seen in years with tons of kool stuff to go around.
Purerock i hope you were able to find a bike. there was some deals out there today maybe not 4gs but some good bikes for fair money. i was able to get a few kool thing and i woulda bought even more if i had more money. or if venders didnt leave by the time i made it back around. im gonna up load some pic to show off the finds of the day in a little while

yea, there was a lot of cool shit and it was a good day regardless...there were two in my price range even less than 4G one looked very rough and the other one i was really interested in until the guy told me it was from mass and he had no paperwork. it's actually on cl now
yeah keep looking and save up. theres alot of bikes for sale. i didn't really like that blue shovelhead little to ratty but it sounded decent when he started it. heres i a pic of the cooler and fender i bought. the fender is kinda crazy, looks to be an flh fender with sparto tail lights they say made in england on them. im gonna try to find some history on the fender long shot but it would be crazy if someone had a pic of the bike it was on. and no i didnt buy the moped trike but it was really kool and a steal

My friend Larry and I normally vend there every year. He's pretty much one of the only guys there selling vintage Honda stuff. I normally just bring out some of the shirts I've had printed. We also do rice-o-rama. Also an awesome swap and bike show.
