Handlebar / Brake setup like THIS?

I want a setup like the one below SO badly. I have similar bars and grips already, but someone please tell me:

    A) Exactly where I can get brake and clutch levers like this?
    B) How I can move my brake's master cylinder off the bars like they have?

Please keep in mind I'm a beginner, I'm customizing my first bike and learning along the way.

Get an old bike with drum brakes. Probably solve both problems.

Haha, I wish. Nope, gotta stick with my '89 Sporty.

You'll want to remotely mount a master cyl (like the one Fab Kevin offers).

            Check this out: http://www.chopcult.com/news/article...sportster.html

They mounted the master to the lower tree and used what i guess are panhead-ish levers. Real clean. Wrench Monkeys also remote mount their stuff.
