Don't drink.



When I was younger and would get housed, 3 advil and a BIG glass of water before bed and I'd be good.

Water.

Drink a lot of water before you start drinking, and then drink a couple of glasses of water before you go to sleep.

If you have a hangover because you forgot to pre hydrate, drink water until you throw up.
