Remote front master cylinder?

I'm thinking about running a remote master cylinder for the front brake. Does anyone know what rear master cylinder can be used from a Jap bike? Other ideas maybe? Thanks.

Are you just trying to get rid of the mc on the bars or the lever too? Ive seen somebody use a proportioning valve that puts equal pressure on the front and rear brake at the same time with just the foot pedal. Pretty badass, but not sure where you get em or what exactly is involved.

I guess 20 bucks would beat Fabricator Kevin's price of 165. But at least his comes with a bracket and Kevin stands by his product, should you have any problems.

A european company, Kustom Tech, makes these remote M/C's as well. They are way more expensive though.
Lowbrow carries their products, but not the remote M/C, according to their website.

ya kevin makes great stuff...I made my own bracket since kevins wouldnt quite work for my placement . BMW s used to use a cable operated m/c also. Its all relative to your skill level and / or the thickness of your wallet

I made my own and stand behind or in front of my work as the case may be

I build an xs 400 a few years ago with a just a foot brake that opperated both i got the master cylinder off a yamaha grizzly.. figured if it could work for the back of a 900 lb quad it would stop a 350lb bike... i got a proportioning valve off the internet cheap and it worked fine..

Really into doing this as well and would love to get parts from a map bike that I could use on my 89 Sporty rather than pay the $180 Fab Kevin is asking. Even though I'm sure it's great work, I just can't afford it, calipers, etc.

So can anyone show me some examples of exact ones that would work for me?
