heres a quick photoshop of what i think itd look like:
granted that might be closer to 8 or 10 over...

i havent chopped the bike up too much yet since i have other projects. but once my triumph is complete, i'll be putting this in a paughco frame and maybe a 21" spool front. with some old school style pullback bars

This what 6" over tubes look like with no rake, stock shocks and lowering blocks - and with 5 degree raked cups and 10.5" shocks. The handling feels very tippy with the 6 over front end and stock rake, though you do get used to it, but the extra 5 degrees rake made a huge difference in handling, also looks a lot better in my opinion.
I found mine on ebay for a damn good price, US made but slight chrome blems I can't even see. You can order from Frank's and I've seen them in J&P's catalog

Custom Cycle Engineering sells fork tubes in 39mm. Check them out on the web. The prior owner of mine put =2 tubes on from them and the chrome appears to be flawless. They are about $275 and go up slightly incrementally for each additional +2".

            Forking by Frank 847-475-1003

He is still the fork tube king. I recently ordered some 12" over 39mm tubes and they were on my doorstep a week later.

You will have to pretend like it is still the 1970's because they only take orders over the phone and payment is made COD. Good old fashioned service, I love it.

Go on Ebay and search 39mm fork tubes, 6 over, or whatever length you're looking for. I got a set of 4" overs for $80. They were supposedly blems, but all that had were some very very minor scratching in the chrome.

                  Thanks!

Steffan did them, yup! I can't keep them though. I'm a little guy and I just have no leverage against the bike tipping over on me. In fact I'm about to call him in a few minutes with measurement to make me similar bars with a wider stance.

Bike rides well, but haven't gotten it out for any real test yet. Afraid I'm not smart enough answer about the ride without the rake.
