Sporty progress so far

Ok here we go. 92 sporty 1200. I'm working in my front yard and I don't have a welder so this is some ghetto shit until I get set up in the new house my wife and I are buying soon.

First thing I did was add Spitfire high n tight pipes, which I need to put lollipops in as soon as I figure out how to make them without a welder. They're loud as hell, but they sound great.

I made an autozone aircleaner to fit the stock cv carb which I jetted out to work with the pipes and a/c. Installed breather bolts.

Installed bars from Bootleg and ditched the turn signals and horn, since it didn't work anyway.

Chopped the rear fender where it was cracked and wired up my "fuck" taillight.

Next projects are:
to drop the rear 2 inches,
ditch the tach and relocate the speedo with a summit racing bracket,
relocate ignition and coil,
install my corbin gunfighter seat that I need to modify to fit
and build a cool sissy bar.

Here's the "before" picture. Gross buckhorn bars, wires all over everything and huge turn signals.

The original pipes with the turn out mufflers actually don't look that bad. I hung onto them just in case I want to make a set of pipes down the road when I get a welder.
