Pulley on this

So I got a 09 sporty that I managed to smash the fuck out of. Ended up cracking my rear pulley, as well as other shit. I had a pulley set up for a 1 inch belt, bought a replacement one off of das ebay. Here is my problem, the one I bought is 1 1/8 inch. Now on a scale from one to two how fucked am I? Could I run the bigger pulley on said bike or not?

The Pulley is 1-1/8" and the belt it 1"?
Sounds pretty much like how a Buell Blast is set up.

Havent actually gotten out to my buddies garage yet. Was just wondering if the belt would walk around too much and end up wearing out sooner.

no it wont really walk around on that pully if its lined up properly and tensioned properly you will be fine
you could always machine out the 1/8" if it bothers you that much
but you will be fine

Dude, that pulley will be fine, I just looked at mine and it's an 1/8" bigger than the belt....1/16 on either side, and it's stock. 05 1200 sporty.
