+1 on David Lynch, too. I love pretty much everything he's done, but especially Wild at Heart. Nicholas Cage can continue making shit movies from now until the end of time, but he will always be Saylor Ripley to me.

"This snakeskin jacket is a symbol of my individuality and belief in personal freedom."

Leaving Las Vegas is another good one with cage in it & Elisabeth Shue get's butt raped in it...

lot's of great movies in this thread some of my favs already listed but

Apocalypse Now is the best movie ever made...

I don't know what happened to Leo DiCaprio ten years ago but that guy started making some bad ass movies.

2010 Inception
2010 Shutter Island
2008 Body of Lies
2006 Blood Diamond
2006 The Departed
2004 The Aviator
2002 Catch Me If You Can
2002 Gangs of New York

All of those movies rock!

Some of my favorites from my childhood involve the greatest action stars ever!

Anything with Bruce Lee
Steven Seagal:
Out for Justice
Above the Law
On Deadly Ground
Hard to Kill
Marked for Death
Under Siege

Jean Claude:
Bloodsport
Kickboxer
Double Impact
Hard Target
Universal Soldier

Wesley Snipes:
Passenger 57
Blade
Art of War
White Men Can't Jump
Money Train

Comedies:
Anything with Adam Sandler
Anything with Chris Farley
Animal House

Quentin:
Dusk Til Dawn
Reservoir Dogs
Pulp FIction
Kill Bill Vol.1 & 2
Death Proof

Oh and Ninja Assassin was a bad ass movie. I could go all day but I've got some work to do. I'll post more later probably because I LOVE watching movies. Probably one of my favorite things to do.

As much as I hate to admit it I think Leo DiCaprio is becoming this generation Robert De Niro. He's putting out some strong performances in solid movies. Never would have thought it after Titanic.
