NASA approved door lock mechs with .38 spcl inlays. I've driven my share of old cars and have had a few doors fly open from hitting a bump in the road, not the funnest thing to have happen when your doing 70mph down the highway so I made these.

The biggest swap meet in the Northwest is this weekend and opened today so I dipped out of school a little early to check it out. Walked 8.7 miles according to the gps on my phone but was totally worth it. I ended up with a 9" Ford rear end out of a F100 in pretty nice shape and a set of old school pie crust slicks on a set of Ford steelies. I'm getting up early tomorrow and heading back to see what else I can find.
Made this glove box cover tonight

Went back to the swap today and picked up a set of almost NOS goodyear tires that are pretty rad and a pair of 15" steelies. I just need to find some leaf springs so I can figure out the suspension and bust out a frame. My left knee is fucked up, walked 15 miles today.

Got the right frame rail welded together, took all night because I'd get everything setup ready to weld then it would start to rain for an hour then clear up just long enough to lay a few beads. 9 1/2" Z in the rear and 2" in the front.
