Nice Shovel indeed. If I had it and didn't have other Shovels I'd stash every part I removed and do a "no cut" custom. All those leftovers everyone shitcans are rapidly becoming expensive for restorers and that won't change. I'm old and probably still have twenty years left. Anyone in their fifties or younger should, if you have the space, hoard stock parts and that includes Jap or other machines. The guys that did that in the past are pleased they made that choice. Your life will have flown past before you know it and you can cash out.
The Shovel is the next Panhead, even the cone engines. Keep your eye out for stock decals and emblems too. Harley has more gay-ass (apologies to homosexuals, some of who actually have fashion sense) anniversary and commorative shit than the Franklin Mint but that shit matters to collectors.
