You're right. I'm switching to a 3/4 NPT hose spicket valve.

It's a 110V Lincoln SP-100T MIG. I would've had my friend weld the tank for me but my oil tank sat for a week before he welded it. I have little patience these days.

Nerdsports the bike is looking good.I am still really impressed with the mid control jockey set-up.I made a cable less jockey set-up years ago for my last bike and seeing yours always reminds me of it.It's good to see people using their creativity to build what they want.

I got the idea from something posted on here 1.5-2 years ago using forward controls. I had to make it happen using scrap steel. I want to change it up a little. Got any pics of your old setup??

Here's an update... if you care. I rode the bike somewhere around 100 miles after assembling hoping this loud ticking from the front cylinder would go away. Well, on its last ride it started smoking from the front cylinder exhaust, pretty bad. Started taking it apart and found this...

I really like the finished product. sorry to see that piston! any idea what caused that? is the scoring just on the front of the front cylinder?

Thanks bud! The scoring is on the inside of the front cylinder. I havent taken apart the rear cylinder to inspect for damage. I'm not sure what could've caused this unfortunately.

Bought a 1200 conversion. Going to take the heads in for a valve job so they're fresh, then it's time for wheelies. Maybe not but still much better than a pussy 883.
