    1990 Sportster rebuild

    Another 1200 Sportster project. Following a "standard" receipt:

    - Lowering back and front w/Burly slammer kit
    - Biltwell solo seat
    - No front fender, bobbed rear
    - Smaller tail light and cleaner headlight
    - Narrowed Biltwell Keystones with cleanup of switches
    - Exhaust wrap
    - Removal of blinkers, chain guard etc
    - Avon speedmaster tires
    - Other general cleanup

      Magnus - Your bike is looking great from the photos on your blog. I did the same thing with my seat too with the chair stoppers, but did it slightly different and came out looking the same. It's such a great way to take care of those studs. Cant wait to see progress!

                  Yeah, 2050 here. Work in Oslo though, and im riding my bike everyday from early spring to late fall (to work) and i guess we could meet some day. Let me know if you need parts or any help..i might be able to help out.

                      Great! Tell me if you have a mini speedo and/or a small sportster tank. I think my king sportster tank is a bit too large, what do you guys think?

                          That would be nice. Unfortunately, it will take a lot of work with the Norwegian authorities to get it registered. That's why I stick with a swingarm solution for now.
