its been kicking my arse but its a rider as of last night.

need to wire it tonight [masses of complexity here ha] then set off tomorrow morning for the weekend camping jaunt

nothing like cutting it fine eh...

pretty much done

got the right motor into it and done some more tuning

seems to be running well with minimal vibrations. got some miles on it yesterday with a couple of friends roand the local back lanes and a few pubs. nice way to spend an afternoon

don,t mean to go off topic ,,,but could you post up a few shots of the trike you had,, running the panther engine????guy started a trike thread,,, and i put up the one shot i found of it,,, giveing you the credit of course,,,

been working on pegacorn over Xmas

race motor out for strip down and inspection. I got the 1933 motor complete that I bought 2 years ago as a pile of scrap seized up buggered parts... but mostly there (even if it was shagged from running with no oil)



got it running on xmas day.



had to scollop out the tank to clear the carb on new motor. so it needed a repaint... had some green paint on the shelf. kinda like it kinda hate it. I'll live with it and decide.

I really like these panthers, but is one of the exhaust ports fake? Never seen one in person.

nope they are dual exhaust single cylinder [but you could get a single cylinder head] they breath too much with both pipes on so i just block one off with a plate, can revert back to 2 pipes any time should somebody want to do.
