Sleezy Rider is Moving to austin, need to meet some bike brethren

Okay brosephs, Rowdy and Sleezy Rider and Moving to the Austin, Texas area in march. I know very few people, and nobody who has a bike. I have no idea what the scene is like there, where to go, where to ride, what shops to go to/avoid/ hangouts etc. Anyone want to help this poor lost soul out?

Bike night and a couple shops

I saw that Home Slice was already posted for Bike night. There is also bike night at Mohawk every Wednesday, you can pull your bike inside too to hang out. A couple of shops to go to when you get here is my personal favorite Austin Moto Classics, and another one with a good reputation in town is Bud's.

Is Mohawk still having their bike night shindig right now, with winter being here and all? I haven't been down there (us kids from the way north side don't get downtown as much) but Snoosky told me about it.

Tons of good people in that area one of my real good friends from another forum is in that area and has nothing but good stuff to say about it. Been wanting to go out that way to visit for a while.
