Here's some Head Holders I made. I posted these in the American bikes forum, but thought they'd be better here.

Hard to believe with all the innovation on our bikes, there aren't more posts in this thread. i thought for sure there would be some cool posts on this one.

I am trying to make my 4x36 belt sander into a 4x60, but dont have anything cool to report yet.
Also I have a 20 inch direct drive floor sander I am going to turn into a big ass stand up disk sander when I get time.

Tools I make are fab tools. I dont know shit about engine work, I barley have the basic craftsman set of hand tools.

This is what I used to remove and replace the trans sprocket nut on a Sporty. I found the idea on the interweb and copied it.

I'm sure everyone has some scrap flat bar, a section of old chain, and a hand drill with drill bits in their garage.

On my Evo I placed the non chain end of the tool onto the bigger stud located forward and to the bottom of the sprocket. It makes the job EASY if you don't have anyone helping you in the garage!
