Ok phase 1 is almost complete. Have to do some carb tuneing and rerouteing of vacuum line to VOES , reinstall the fork brace and she will run like this for spring/summer/fall. Next winter will bring vintage tires and black cases.

It's raining non stop today so didnt get it out of the shop for good pics.





They are getting anxious to get out of this shop..........

Maybe phase two can also include lowering the rear another inch or inch and a half. Those burly kits are fantastic dude and really get the bike at a nice level. Just seems a little too tall to me in the back, BUT other than that, looks really cool man!! Nice job!! Just go fucking ride the hell out of it!!

Brooklyn, It started out 13" shocks , these are 11" . I'm thinking/hopeing that my choice in tires will take care of the height , crossing my fingers. I'm looking around for some progressive 10.5" . What I really want are some Works shocks but ........$$$$$. Winter is quickly comeing to and end here in Texas. So she's gonna roll like this for the season.

Looks great dude! Really diggin the paint. Kinda crazy coil wires going on, but I'm sure having the dual plugs doesnt make that easy. Nice and tidy my man!

Well haveing a set back ....but......I think the solution will cure alot of my issues.
We believe my ECM is about to crap out or has crapped out. whatever we tuned the carb and checked all the connections for the ignition system and double checked them. She is running like crap , loseing fire. So it looks as though We are gonna get a Dyna 2000i ignition system and dual coils. It will clean up a ton more wires plus the mount we are gonna build for the coils will be much cleaner , closer in and the plug wires will route alot cleaner. Plus the ignition will be hotter more of a competition thing!! YEEEHHAAAWWW hang on! Hadnt ordered the parts yet, hope to tomorrow. Looks like we may go ahead with a couple more things that were planned for phase 2 as well........stay tuned.......
