Default TECH: helpful charts (for your shop)

i'm making a few printed charts that i'm going to laminate and leave at the shop as helpful guides.

so far i have 3 sheets:

    counterboring specs

gauge thickness chart (in inch decimals)

    inches/millimeters and fractions/decimal chart

anyway, what do you guys think?
can you think of any other ones that would be helpful in the shop

The only other ones I would HIGHLY recommend would be torque chart and cutting/feed speeds. Other than those Looks as tho ya have your bases covered! The 2 I use on a daily basis in the field, shop, and @ home are the conversion chart and the drill/tapchart. Those have proven to be invaluable. Starrett used to send those charts out free(pocket size and the wall posters). Not sure that they still do...

This needs moved to the Greatest Hits forum! One of the next tools I'm buying is a PRINTER!!

This isn't a chart: but it's VERY helpful. Here's a link to a tube coping calculator---->> http://metalgeek.com/static/cope.pcgi Just enter sizes and angles and you can print off the pattern and cut your tube!! I sure wish I had this on my last frame, would have saved me some headaches and lots of time.

Here's a few about mixing pump gas and race fuel. If they're not big enough here's a link to the Blog. I'll dig around for some more.

now this is a good thread, no drama, no talking about some gay ass tv show, just shop related shit that is ACTUALLY useful.
that said i really like this tap chart.. gives free and close fit hole sizes, goes even further and breaks down hole size for brass/alum vs. steel/stainless.
    http://www.stanford.edu/~jwodin/holes.html

and everyone who uses scrap or salvaged materials NEEDS to have one of these hanging by the grinder.
