Wife made some baked chicken with herbs for dinner tonight and it got me thinking about why we don't pronounce the "h" in herbs. That's kinda dumb. I mean, following that same logic, why isn't that musician guy from the 80's called "Erbie Ancock?"

Havent gotten decent sleep in 9 months...fuck me...unless I drink myself to sleep. Any one have any suggestions. Over the counter drugs, count sheep? miss ya Ryan...

Looks like I'll be up all day reading and fucking round in here...maybe start looking at the foreign bike threads...

get the 50mg sleep aid from the grocery store. comes in a bottle. first time taking it take maybe two see how you like it. the next night take 3 or 4 and youll borderline hylousanate (sp?) and then pass the fuck out. mornings kinda suck with them tho, gotta chug coffee to snap out of it.
