Exhaust is done and with that all of the major fab work is completed I think...

Now it's time for final touches, then send out the chromework, etc. and begin bodywork and paint:

PPG NCP primer is probably the best high build primer on the planet, I know it's just primer, but it still made me giddy spraying this on:

Stuff looks wet like paint and sands like butter...

Pics were taken yesterday about 1/2 hour after final coat. Today it still looks pretty shiny, not as much as pics, but still more than other primers.

Thanks, I am on a mission! I'll sand this down, use a bit of glazing putty and prime again.

Then I'll prep the tank and fender and do the same to them, then paint everything.

After that it's engine time!!!

Sent this assemblage of stuff to the chromer 3 weeks ago, should be ready any day:

Got my rims/ hubs back from powdercoat: first time they did it they had some overspray or contaminated powder or something: little black specs everywhere. The redo turned out great though:

Chromer f-ed up and sanded a hole through my pipe, then had some yay-who try to braze it up with less than stellar results.

Motor back in the frame for a Mulligan:
