I am out of the east session as well. 2 flooding carbs caused by fucked floats and my Ignition is fucked. I got the bike naked in the basement right now. Pissed too , cause we just had some fucking nice weather. It will be a different animal come next spring though.

Wow, i just noticed that this thread is up to over 200 posts but only one of them is an actual ride entry. Maybe we should move them to a locked thread and keep this thread or the other one for discussion, comments, etc? As it currently is the ride stories are going to get buried here really quick.

My web design/programming knowledge is rather limited, but I think usually only admins can have access to locked threads. Maybe one of them can volunteer to have the ride stories / pics sent to them and then post them in a locked thread?

this is what the group is for.

you're right about vBulletin. if you lock the thread only Admin and Super Mods have access to post in it. the only other option is to put it in another forum where only members of a new group have access but that defeats the purpose really. i think once the helmet makes it's way to the east coast things will move a little quicker ..

there ya go between this thread and the group in the community there is plenty of places for stories and comments if you want this thread to be just ride stories all the comments can go in the discussion in the group this site is a self police kinda place so do what you want.
