    Lets see some cb's......

I mostly build harleys, and Triumph's so Hondas arent really my thing yet.... I just picked up this bonneville record holder(in 1978) from a guy here in town and it came with a truck bed full of extra parts. So i figure since i have enough parts to build a new motor i should do it and build a bike around it. I would like to see some modified hondas so i can get my creative juices flowing. Thanks in advance.

it runs!! I am having trouble getting the dohc reg rect to charge though...

You should hear it with those carbs, fresh motor, and those 2 into 1s.... I can't wait to spank the pants of every harley I see... including mine.

One of my boys is running the CycleX carb set up and his RIPS!!

I've recently heard that the rec/reg from the DOHC's aren't the best to run. People have gone with after market combos with no problems at all. They ain't cheap though, 80-90 bucks for a new one.
