Over the weekend I changed my carbs, put new lines on, adjusted my clutch and brake.
Finally ready to ride.

My 1975 CB550 is finally done for the summer... She was done 3 weeks ago but I was hit by a car and she got a little mangled.

I had to get new fork tubes, springs, clutch lever, remount the plate, glue the stator cover back on, etc. I figured since I had the forks off I'd polish the lowers.. also flipped the bars upside down.

Total invested to date. $2230. Gets a lot of attention parked next to bikes worth 10 times a much.

heres mine..

built this a few years ago and ride her just about every day. 26" over girder. i built the frame, forks, and tank on this one. I also did the paint and motor work....pretty much everything i guess.
