I think your good. So long as you have that rear pipe tight and square to the head flange. If you have to shim your mounts a little bit. just be sure it dose not pull on the rear pipe. Shovels typically leak on the rear because most dudes don't make nice solid mounts like this and the black frame seat post shows it ha ha

yea when i made the mounts i tightened the stud nuts on the flange and made them as square as i could, but ive also been reading about people using evo gaskets to stop the leak?

OK got some more, fits is the oil filter. nothing fancy just beefy, as i can imagine the shking filter full of oil makes a pretty large (relativley) moment on the mount. I also made it so it hangs in the wind and will hopefully cool it a little. Either way its out of the way and easily accessed. These pics were taken before the cross bar was fitted, so its still kind of a rough mock up.

then the tail light/plate bracket. Ive been hassled before about the vertical plate, so just said fuck it and made a simple one that they law cant bitch to me about

Then a big thing ive been wanting to do is rework the brake pivot. The stock pivot had a TON of slop to it, which would have bugged the fuck out of me. So i basically carefully cut out the welded on piece, patched it, then welded a a bung onto it. A shoulder bolt will thread into the bung, and a pivot will act on the shoulder bolt. The pivot piece is has a brass bushing, so if it ever gets sloppy it is easily repaceable. The plunger position and and such is exactly in the same position as stock, so the actual functionality as it pertains to the master cylinder shouldnt be affected. All thats left to do now if build the actual brake lever. And as a note the shoulder bolt is too long in the photos, but its all i had laying around. lemme know your thoughts...thanks!
