Honda CR250 is an 11mm bore mc with a small lever.... they look and work great on small calipers.

Use a remote...this one is tiny. Then u can have clean looking bars and use whatever lever...

This one is a lil bigger than a quarter and about an inch deep...hides anywhere.

Mine is hooked directly to my forward control for my rear brake (I have no front break). Im sure something could be created to use a cable to drive the plunger in place of a foot switch.

You can use a cable lever on the bars to drive a remote mounted master. I have seen so many variations on that setup, but I don't know what the most popular master is to use for it..
You can use a single master with split lines (automotive style) and an adjustable proportioning valve to run the front and rear brakes with the foot pedal.

i have used any master cylinder with a remote resovoir. you can take it off and run a clear piece of hose. both of mine (clutch and brake) are set up like that on my VFR
